ANALISIS KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU AKIDAH AKHLAK MADRASAH ALIYAH SUNGGAL SUMATERA UTARA

Abstrak

This research aims to analyze the pedagogical competence of moral aqidah teachers at Madrasah Aliayah Sunggal, North Sumatra. This research method uses qualitative research in the form of descriptive observation results using field analysis and interview processes to find out and produce appropriate data. This research understands an existing and specific phenomenon from the perspective of the subject which is structured and described through words with a focus on aspects of student understanding, learning design and implementation, evaluation of learning outcomes, and student development. This concerns understanding the choice of teaching methods, adaptation to the applicable curriculum, the use of technology in the learning process, as well as the teacher's ability to guide and support students' spiritual and moral development. Therefore, it is hoped that this research can make a contribution that has a big impact on improving the quality of moral aqidah education at Madrasah Aliyah Sunggal, North Sumatra and help improve teachers' teaching skills towards students.
